Mindful Yoga in Schools
Yoga is an all inclusive and non-competitive sport that allows children to progress at their own pace, giving every child a positive experience of sport.
We believe children can be happier, healthier, and stronger if we help them develop across five dimensions: their bodies, senses, mind, self-awareness, and how they connect with the world.
The programme offers physical, emotional, and social benefits that support children in their daily lives, including improving physical fitness, strength and balance, while helping them better control their emotions and manage complex thoughts and feelings.
